How to Apply

  • Please provide us a short description in less than 200 words of: 1)What your work is about 2) Why the subject matter? 3)Medium, Year, Size, Title and the price. No image is required at this stage. There is no theme.

    You can only submit up to two works.

    Please make sure you use the subject 2026 Summer Exhibition Open Call Application.

    Deadline: 12pm, 13 July (Monday) 2026.

    If your work is shortlisted, we will contact you by 30 July.

  • NO application fee is required. If you are selected, please pay £5 hanging fee.

  • Artwork must be delivered in person on: 14 August (Friday) 4-6pm or 15 August (Saturday) 10am - 12pm

    We are NOT able to accept a postal submission.

  • Collection must be in person: 22 August at 7:30pm, or 23 August, 2-4pm

  • We have independent artists on the selection panel. They are Icarus Wilson-Wright and Adam Piper. They will curate the show.
